Return and Refund Policy

6thSense is currently preparing its checkout, supplier, and fulfillment workflow before a full public product launch. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and order issues are handled.
Order cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after purchase by contacting us at freyavie9989@gmail.com. If the order has not been processed or sent to a supplier, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and fraud prevention reasons, certain items may not be returnable, including opened personal care items, used beauty accessories, intimate items, customized items, clearance items, and items damaged by misuse. Product-specific exceptions will be stated on the product page when applicable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and the shipping label or packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Late or missing refunds
