Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during supplier verification, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, product, and supplier. For international orders, delivery commonly takes 7-20 business days after processing. Some destinations may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.
Shipping origin
Some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. The shipping origin may vary by product.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
